Part of the 4th edition of Education East 2025
Theme: Celebrating Teachers: Pillars of Inclusive Education
As part of the 4th edition of Education East 2025, themed "Eastern India's Education Transformation: Roadmap to Viksit Bharat @ 2047," CII is proud to announce the CII Lights of Learning Short Film Contest focusing on a theme that is fundamental to the transformation of education —"Celebrating Teachers: Pillars of Inclusive Education” focusing on the transformative and the all encompassing effect that a teacher has on a child in their formative years.
Teachers are the cornerstone of any education ecosystem. They inspire, nurture, and empower young minds, shaping the future of our country. This competition aims to celebrate the pivotal role teachers play in fostering learning, inclusivity, resilience, and holistic development in students. Through the power of visual storytelling, participants are invited to creatively express how teachers influence academic success, socio-emotional well-being, and lifelong values in learners.
The short film competition will offer a platform for educators, students, filmmakers, and storytellers to highlight the challenges teachers face, their innovative practices, and their contribution to building a future-ready, equitable education system in Eastern India and beyond.
This initiative aligns with the conference’s focus on human-centred innovation, ensuring that educational systems remain adaptable, inclusive, and future-ready to support the journey towards Viksit Bharat 2047.
